Program name: Conde Mortgage Text Alerts.
Description: Conde Mortgage Corp sends text messages to people who opt in. Messages include appointment reminders, loan status updates, replies to your questions and, if you agreed, occasional marketing and rate updates.
Opt-in: You agree to receive texts by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, by texting us first, or by giving us verbal or written consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or loan.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier.
Opt-out: Text STOP to cancel at any time. You will get one confirmation message, and then no more messages unless you opt in again.
